Isaac Hayes and his wife, Adjowa Hayes, are pleased to announce the first family photo with their new baby boy: Nana Kwadjo Hayes.
Nana Kwadjo Hayes was born in Memphis, Tennessee on the morning of Monday of April 10th, 2006 at 4:30 am, weighing in at 8.5 lbs. Kwadjo is Isaac Hayes fourth son, the first with Adjowa.
Nana means “King”, the baby’s first name is Kwadjo (pronounced “kwo-jo”), which in the Ghanaian language means “boy born on Monday”. In late December, 1992, Isaac Hayes was coronated king of the Ada district of Ghana, in western Africa.
